Volunteer with Haverhill South People's Forum

Description of the role:

The Haverhill South People's Forum are a group of local residents who work together to make Haverhill South a better area to live and work. In a nutshell, we find out what local residents would most like or need in our area and run our own community development activities and projects based on these ideas using over £200,000 of funding from the Health Lottery. For example, current projects include creating a BMX track, running a community allotment and our community grant scheme.

We're always looking for more residents to be involved and have a range of different volunteering opportunities, from making decisions to delivering projects and activities. Whether you have a few hours to spare or regular time available, come and use your skills or learn new ones whilst helping to make this area better. We'd love to hear from you, please 'register your interest' to find out more!
