At Cats Protection we will continue to find new and loving homes for cats and kittens until our work around information, education and neutering reduces the long-term need for homing. Life in a rescue environment is not ideal for any cat compared with a warm, loving home. Our cat admissions volunteers help our volunteer groups and teams admit cats into our care in the most effective way possible, making the process as easy and stress free for both people and our feline friends alike.
We are looking for someone who has skills in word, publisher, excel.
You will develop new skills, expand your knowledge and make a significant contribution to improving the lives of cats and kittens by helping manage the process of cats coming into the care of Cats Protection. You will also meet new people, make new friends and be part of a dedicated team of volunteers.
Our cat admissions volunteers usually spend 2 to 4 hours a week in this role which is flexible and can be shared by more than one volunteer if needed
Cats Protection rehomes and reunites 55,500 cats and kittens every year, through its network of over 250 voluntary-run branches and 29 adoption centres, of which the Anglia Coastal branch is one.
Our vision is a world where every cat is treated with kindness and an understanding of its needs.
