Description of the role:

Support Quay Place Staff by answering calls, meeting and greeting of visitors and basic admin word and excel tasks.

What skills are needed?

To be a comfortable dealing with inquiries on the telephone and warm people skills greeting visitors.

What skills will be learned / gained?

You will gain lots of customer focused skills along with the opportunity to grow and expand your admin skills. The role can be expanded to take on more tasks and support the manager so it is a great opportunity for someone wanting to develop to be able to move into paid work.
