An ability to communicate well with the public is crucial as we want to ensure that this is a positive experience for both volunteers and visitors. Experience in volunteering, stewarding, customer services or front of house roles is desired however not mandatory.
A professional approach to each task will need to be applied whilst still acting as a 'friendly face' to all attending.

What skills will be learned / gained?

This event will enable volunteers to get an insight into how the programme is produced and the steps that are taken on the day to create the overall, finished project.
