Adult Teams Secretary Position

Description of the role:

Voluntary Position - To oversee communications between the club and the Suffolk Ipswich League for the two adult teams at Saxmundham Sports, including updating them on results, fixtures, and players. In addition, tasks include taking minutes at the monthly committee meeting, ensuring the agenda is sent over before the next meeting, and other admin tasks necessary to continue the smooth running of the community club.

Ideally, the individual would be passionate about the community and how non-league football can contribute to this. Happy to work within a tight-knit committee that strives to improve the club in all aspects. Computer competency is a must due to the use of systems that communicate with the FA & Leagues.
